Clarinda brings your tasks, calendar, projects, documents, contacts, follow-ups, receipts, and health routines into one place—then helps you decide what matters and follow through.
Real workflows
Choose an area of Clarinda to see the context you start with, the decisions you review, and the work you can complete.
Upload the file, surface the decisions and deadlines, then approve the tasks or reminders worth keeping.
Open a calendar block, add invitees, and create the Google Calendar event and Meet link after Google is connected.
Break it into milestones and tasks. Clear the small jobs before they become bigger ones.
Move between the three views, log what happened, and return to the patterns that matter.
Review a namecard, save it to People, sync it to Google Contacts when authorized, then review a draft before opening WhatsApp.
Start with a message, file, namecard, calendar block, task, receipt, or health update. Clarinda prepares the next move and leaves the important decisions with you.
Type, upload, forward, or open the item you are already working with.
Check the details, correct anything wrong, and decide what Clarinda may change.
Save the record, schedule the event, update the project, or open the reviewed message while the context is fresh.
Keep the task, person, file, date, and decision connected so you can spend your time finishing the work instead of reconstructing it.
Upload the file, check the key terms and deadlines, and approve only the follow-up work you want to keep.
Open a calendar block, add invitees, and create the Google event and Meet link after you connect Google.
Break the outcome into milestones and tasks, then bring the work that matters now into view.
Review a namecard, keep the person and context together, and open a message draft in the channel you choose.
Set the recipient, subject, and message, then approve the exact email before Clarinda sends it. Inbox access stays off.
Extract the useful details, correct them once, and keep a clean record for reports or spreadsheets.
Log workouts, hydration, sleep, measurements, and reflections without rebuilding the story each time.
Choose the exact topics, timing, and market instruments you want. Every briefing starts off and appears only after you save it.
Search across saved notes, conversations, contacts, receipts, and files instead of remembering which app held it.

What Clarinda connects to, what stays under your control, and what is still being built.
Google is the active connected system today. Clarinda can read and update events on calendars you own, add invitees and Meet links, create and work with only the Google files you use through Clarinda, sync reviewed contacts, and send an email only after you approve the exact recipient, subject, and body. Clarinda cannot search, read, archive, filter, or otherwise change your Gmail inbox. For WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, WeChat, and phone, Clarinda prepares a reviewed handoff and opens the app; it does not connect to those accounts or send automatically. We are actively adding and testing new integrations.
Use Chat, Work, Health, People, Clarinda calendar blocks, reminders, projects, notes, document and receipt review, and search. Connect Google only when you want an action that depends on Google data or synchronization.
Not yet. Clarinda accounts are private to one signed-in user today. Shared projects and permissions are in development; email support@clarinda.app if you want early access or have a collaboration workflow we should consider.
Clarinda asks you to review important changes. For WhatsApp and similar channels, it opens the reviewed draft and you decide whether to send it. Briefings are the exception you control: every one starts off, and Clarinda sends only the briefing topics and timing you explicitly save.
Yes. In Settings → Briefings, choose each briefing’s topics, time, weekday, detail, and bundling. For Market Update, search and save the exact equities, ETFs, indices, commodities, currency pairs, and crypto assets on your radar. Your list starts empty, stays editable, and is never filled from another user’s list. Market Update requires an active trial or paid plan.
No. Your seven-day trial starts without one.
You keep Free Core: create and change local records, use deterministic Chat commands, run basic non-AI briefings, and review Google actions. Choose a paid plan for AI work, file analysis, your explicitly configured Market Update, and Performance Assessment.
Your information stays scoped to your account. Clarinda asks before important changes, keeps optional measurement off until you allow it, and deletes uploaded originals after successful processing. Read the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
I built Clarinda for my own personal productivity because my tasks, calendar, projects, documents, contacts, and routines were spread across too many tools. Friends found it useful, so I am opening it up carefully while I keep improving it.
